I have been making my private art for so long that I have not considered how my interests, techniques and styles have evolved until now. Organizing and preparing this website has been a reflective experience.

The images below portray the major groups of work that I have created since 1992. Presented in no particular order, they are meant to display the various trends that emerged from my subconscious as I followed my muse.

Discarded and Found Object Faces

The whimsical images below are all assembled and staged from found objects and then photographed in the studio. As a representitive sample of this type of work, they were shot during the period between the mid 1990's until 2006. All of the parts still reside in my studio - it is my form of recycling. :-)

In some ways, even though my art is almost entirely created using photographed elements, the following category of my work is close to my heart. I love working in Photoshop, and also love basic geometric forms. The images below result from these two passions and all are crafted entirely inside the program.

Studio Still Life

Weathered textures and colors are are also personal passions. I love to combine geometric shapes of various types, especially when they have an aged and distressed character. Several samples are shown below.
